In a personal injury action, Piney Grove Baptist Church, an unincorporated association, appealed the trial court's denial of its motion for summary judgment against a member. The member had sued the church on the basis of premises liability and respondant superior, and the church, in turn, filed a motion for summary judgment, which was denied.  The Court of Appeals of Georgia affirmed the denial of the Church’s motion for summary judgment.
